YOUTH PRE-ELITE
Match Performance GPA: We examine in detail and grade objectively the player's technical and tactical performance during competitive matches. Comprehensive grade reports are given to the player for each game. At the end of the program, a summary report from all games analyzed is provided.
Personal Advising: Monthly, youth players (with a parent present) get a one hour 1-on-1 during which we advise on how to improve their match performance. We are the player's personal trainer and advisor. We will address looking at the video and the performance data the specific areas to improve.
Reaching Objectives: We set realistic objectives for each month based on the results of the match performance grades, and guide players so they make match performance improvements gradually. Commitment and dedication to the program are key to unlocking their full potential.
